1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DropClose ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DropClose provides AI-powered sales tools including ringless voicemail drops, AI-assisted phone calls, lead management, and campaign analytics. The Service is offered on a subscription basis.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) or any applicable telecommunications regulations
Send unsolicited messages to numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry
Transmit spam, fraudulent, or misleading content
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. TCPA Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with the TCPA, state telemarketing laws, and all applicable regulations. This includes obtaining proper consent before contacting individuals and honoring do-not-call requests.

6. Billing and Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. DropClose shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
